The LUXIMATM LUXA3290 is a 32-channel low power ADC developed for medical imaging and ultrasound systems. It consumes about 75mW per channel at 90MSPS. The power consumption is scalable with lower sampling frequencies. It has on-chip programmability for individual channel power down mode, ADC bit order, digital test pattern, LVDS TX swing and standby mode. It is packaged in a small 288 BGA footprint.
